Tour the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta & Bonus Tequila Tasting 

Step into the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone - a vibrant and enchanting neighborhood brimming with local culture, cobblestone streets, and stunning coastal views. This immersive three-hour walking tour led by experienced guide offers a deep dive into the rich history, artistic soul, night life, and culinary delights of this iconic area, allowing you to experience the magic of this section of "Old Vallarta" firsthand.

We will walk most of the major streets and many of the most alluring side and hidden streets and we discuss most of all the businesses that we pass so you have a full grasp of the offering of this zone.  

As a bonus, we will enjoy during the tour at least 10 different tastings including tequila (silver, respado, anejo, and extra anejo) Raicilla, and Mezcal.  (also dessert tequilas)  This tasting is in conjunction of a partnership with a local co-op of distilleries in the Romantic Zone.  

This three-hour walking tour is more than just a sightseeing excursion—it’s a journey through the soul of Puerto Vallarta. Whether you're drawn to its artistic allure, culinary wonders, or historical depth, each step through the Romantic Zone brings you closer to the heart of this beloved destination.  By the end you will have knowledge of virtually every type of business and service located in the zone.  Great tour for new residents or first time visitors.  Walking Difficulty:  Easy  (Easy walk with some dirt paths, broken and cracked sidewalks) No hills!

ESSENTIALS

- Meet at 9:00 AM  OR 1 PM (Both may be available) in the heart of the Romantic Zone (exact location and directions will be in your email confirmation after reserving.  ​

- Tour up to 3 hours long

- Wear comfortable walking shoes, hat, and have water or other hydration. 

- Bring a rain umbrella (rainy season June to October) and recommended for hot sunny days for personal shade.  We do not cancel when it rains we celebrate - It is approximately  5 degrees  cooler during a rainstorm.  We may consider a cancellation in the event of a hurricane.  

- Bring Pesos for shopping - many of the merchants do not accept cards. Lots of shopping opportunities available.  

Price is $49.50USD plus tax. Teens $29.50 and children (12 and under) $19.50.  

Price does not include customary tip for the guide.
